“25 yo (keep age in mind) male returns to PT with feeling of incomplete bladder emptying and soft erections. He was seen 1 year ago by pelvic PT for tailbone pain which has improved. At that time he was found to have central sensitization (this is also going to be important) and PFM tension myalgia. He admits he has not continued he previous HEP but he does not have tailbone pain.”
